A successful first edition for morning mentoring!

IGR-IAE Rennes' Work & Career Week 2025 officially kicked off on Monday morning, November 17, with a particularly eagerly-awaited highlight: the first Morning Mentoring event, a special opportunity for students and graduates to meet. For this opening event, some fifteen graduates made the trip to meet Master 1 and Master 2 students.

The morning was divided into two parts: first, exchanges in small groups, conducive to speaking out and sharing experiences, followed by individual interviews enabling mentee students to deepen their reflections and obtain personalized support.

A program designed to help students build their career plans
These meetings are part of Work & Career Week, which aims to help students clarify and structure their career plans. Practical advice from professionals, insights into career paths and answers to concrete questions are essential resources for students. The added value of these exchanges also stems from the fact that the mentors are, for the most part, IGR-IAE Rennes graduates with identical university backgrounds.

A mobilized and committed alumni network
IGR-IAE Rennes is delighted to be able to rely on such an active and supportive alumni network.
We would like to extend our warmest thanks to all the mentors who agreed to devote their time to the scheme this year, and in particular to those who were able to attend this first Morning Mentoring event.
