2nd edition of the Journées du Management Humain at the crossroads of theory and practice

The second edition of the Human Management Days will take place on October 1 and 2, 2025 at IGR-IAE Rennes.

The aim of these days is to bring together HR practitioners, human relations specialists, managers, entrepreneurs, alumni of IGR-IAE Rennes, students and researchers in a dynamic of collective action for more humane, sustainable and responsible management.

This event is co-organized by the IGR-IAE of the University of Rennes, ARACT Bretagne, ANDRH and the Human and Social Management Chair (H lab) of the Catholic University of Louvain. It is supported by CREM (CNRS UMR 6211), Rennes Métropole and the Brittany Region.

Event objective
Researchers, practitioners and institutions come together to explore human management
management practices, the conditions for the "good work" of management and
as well as forms of shared corporate responsibility.

Two days to question, experiment and (re)think managerial approaches through a series of provocations, academic reflections and practical examples.
